Triple-redundant fiber service at Lonesome Pine comes from Point Broadband, Verizon, and Scott County Telephone Cooperative, ensuring low latency and continuous uptime. The Wise County Public Service Authority provides reliable water and wastewater service, with the ability to meet industrial-scale demand. For specialized applications, such as large-scale cooling, Wise County has access to underground mine-water reserves that remain at a steady 51 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit year-round. This naturally cooled source creates an innovative, sustainable option for data centers and high-demand industries.
